Wheeling out the mafia

Otago cricket is pushing for an upgrade of the University Oval, including floodlights, and have released a video to promote their cause. Good on them; the battle between boutique cricket grounds in New Zealand is a healthy one.

The video is a little dizzying at first, Ian Taylor graphics in overdrive, but the plans look good. If it gets completed a few more games, especially ODIs, will be heading south.
