Transfer Centre Lockdown Players For Season

The Bulldogs have managed to keep many of their players locked into the team for another season’s worth of contracts. One of the many in question include Jake Averillo. He was at risk to lose his place on the team as his contract was due to end on the first day of this month, November. Now his contract has been kindly extended for at least three years-if not more.

When it comes to the State of Origin betting, many of times there will be odds for punters to bet which players will stay and which will go. More onto Jake Averillo, this talented 20-year-old player definitely has much more to give to the Bulldogs, there is no doubt about that. He manages to alternate his position where he plays, often taking centre or either wins of the pitch. It always is a positive to have a player that is easily flexible and performs successfully from different areas on the pitch.

All of the Bulldogs team were excited that he was kept for a longer period of time, particularly the chief executive of the team Andrews Hill. Being that he is still a junior, from a business perspective, he sure will have plenty more to give to the team.

Jake has given versatility to the team and any logical person would know, with the right guidance he could grow further with the team, bringing to light a large array of tactics and skills that perhaps were dormant previously. Whenever any junior player like Jake is recognised for talent, it is their job to ensure he grows dramatically from as many angles as possible. He demonstrated great growth for the club, when he was in the junior grades, so if anything, his growth has demonstrated how well the Bulldogs evolve their players to the best possible version that they can be. It is all about the growth physically and mentally, of course.

Although Jake was never a permanent player, and not the team selection for every match, his progression has shown huge encouragement for Jake to be a part of more matches within every season. 

Penrith Panthers have also managed to close the season with some promising talent. Robert Jennings was brought back to the club, alongside Matt Eisenhuth. Unfortunately, however, six players were given the boot and not allowed to continue playing for the team, once their contract was done and finalised.

Jennings did mention how ecstatic and over the moon he was, to be allowed to continue his journey with the team. Being 24-years old, it is understandable why the Penrith Panthers believed he has a lot of talent left to give to the fellow team and has yet much to learn in his progression forward as a player. He did however play for the Rabbitohs before this, as he was with the Panthers for just a brief moment on loan, but having them contact him to play permanently, was definitely something he would not turn around and say no too. 

Of course, the younger players are and the more action they have on the pitch, in terms of opportunities, the more chance they have of winning teams over for more permanent positions.
