NRL Preview. 8-5
0By Stephen Gallagher
Yesterday, I brought you the eight teams who will fail to make the top eight. Today, the teams who will finsish from 8 to 5. Check it all out belo
8th
MANLY-WARRINGAH SEA EAGLES
It seems every season there is something happening inside the Sea Eagles camp that will ruin their season, and every season it doesn’t happen.
This year, they’ve lost a few of their old heads and experienced campaigners, but they will still be there or there abouts.
Sure, it won’t be a top four finish – but they will still be a team to watch out for in the playoffs.
7th
CANTERBURY BANKSTOWN BULLDOGS
In 2014, they showed just what they are capible of, and with a stronger arsenal this year they will prove to be a strong side.
The Bulldogs are a force all over the field and will really punish some teams this year. Watch out.
6th
SYDNEY ROOSTERS
The Roosters will make the eight, they won’t be overly convincing, but they will get there. They might just fly under the radar. A new era starts for the Chooks – and it will get off to a successful one with plenty of youngsters to get them in to a good position.
I just think they will lack some X-Factor when it counts. They will still be a hard team to play against.
5th
CANBERRA RAIDERS
I know, you see the Raiders in 5th spot, and you’re probably thinking I am stupid – but I really think they will be the biggest and best improvers on the year 2014.
The Raiders have made a mix of young and old signings, some guys that know how to put a gutsy performance together, as well as young flair that will work wonders.
When the Raiders are on this year, they will be on. Mark my words.
