Eels 26 Panthers 20
The Panthers have so many injuries that their season could really be over. The Eels are so inconsistent but they snuck this one past the Penrith side.
Rabbitohs 22 Titans 16
This was a really thoroughly entertaining game to watch. The Titans were competitive for the full 80, but it was a lapse after half time where they lacked effort that saw the Rabbitohs start to gain momentum. This was a much needed win for the Souths side.
Broncos 24 Raiders 12
Destined to be locked 12-all at half time, it was the try of the year without a doubt to the Broncos that broke the game open and sealed the fate of the Canberra side. The Broncos are shaping up to be tough to beat come finals time if they continue to get through these games with such grit.
Cowboys 18 Sea Eagles 14
A last minute try was all that the Cowboys needed to get over the line against the Sea Eagles. It’s almost as if the Cowboys have forgotten how to lose. Easily the best side in the competition right now but the Sea Eagles pushed them all the way.
Warriors 24 Knights 20
This game was the Warriors game to lose – and for the fifth straight week – it’s been a four point margin. Luckily for the Warriors it’s three in a row for wins. The Knights are really lacking in every department right now and will be a long way back for them.
Dragons 42 Sharks 6
Well it was the Dugan and Marshall show for the Dragons who absolutely destroyed the Sharks with a second half flurry of awesome. The Sharks had no answers for the Dragons who continue to defy their critics with the season they’re having. Cronulla were very weak.
Roosters 24 Storm 2
It was 12 points in each half for the Roosters who made light work of the Storm. The Roosters continue to get stronger in each performance. This looked like just an off night for the Melbourne side.
