Broncos 47 Rabbitohs 12
Well this was an absolute hiding. It started with a flurry of Brisbane tries and that was the theme for the remainder of the game. The Rabbitohs were never going to win this match Brisbane priming perfectly for the finals. What an fantastic show they put on.
Roosters 46 Sea Eagles 10
Another hiding. The Sea Eagles on the verge of their season being ended. Both Roosters wingers snared a hat-trick and it was an embarrassing show by Manly. This was a smooth showing by the Sydney-siders, who look to wrap up the minor premiership next week.
Sharks 35 Eels 28
This was a bloody good show. The Eels were up with 10 to go, but were run down by a determined Sharks side. There was plenty of effort on display by both sides but it was the Sharks who ended up sealing the deal and moving to fourth on the table.
Bulldogs 20 Knights 18
This was a very close and emotional match. Newcastle celebrating the career of Kurt Gidley fell short of a massive upset win. The Bulldogs ended up losing Trent Hodkinson who is now out for the remainder of the season with a wrist injury. They did enough on the night, just.
Storm 14 Cowboys 6
The Storm were much improved this week, taking a win over the Cowboys who had plenty of chances on the night with. The Storm defence took on the Cowboys and won, and it was a very impressive victory.
Wests Tigers 50 Warriors 16
For the second week in a row the Warriors lose 50-16 and have their 7th loss handed to them in a row. The Tigers did it for Robbie Farah, who went out there and tore the Warriors to shreds in the first half. They were very dominant in the second half especially.
Titans 28 Dragons 26
The Titans upset the Dragons, who could have sealed their top eight spot with a win. The Titans kept plugging away, and got the result with five minutes to go. It was a massive inspired effort as they finally got a good win.
Raiders 34 Panthers 18
It was a first half raid by the Canberra side that got them the two points in front of their home fans. The Panthers tried hard in the second half with two tries, but the Raiders prevailed in a seemingly one-sided match.
