Melbourne Cup during the week.  And here’s the classiest offering on show at the Melbourne Casino during the week.

These guys have featured before.  Twice in fact.  But is there a cooler set of fans in world sport than Borussia Dortmund fans?  This shot was from just a run-of-the-mill Bundesliga game last weekend.

Speaking of regulars.  Here’s Big Sam Allerdyce.  The guy who’s said that Winston Reid can’t play for the All Whites in the play-off games against Mexico.  What are you saying there Sam?

If you hadn’t noticed, Sachin Tendulkar is on a road show at the moment. And at Eden Gardens they celebrated this by erecting a vaguely creepy waxwork in his honour.  Shine on Sachin.
