The Swinehound Quiz: 10th anniversary ed.

The tenth version of ‘the Swinehound’ sports quiz. Last time wasn’t good- absolutely no-one had a go. Be good if someone could at least have a crack this time.

Defending champ is Scott MacLean. The great thing about the ‘hound is that so far not a soul has been able to defend their crown.

If anyone manages to defend the perennially invisible Swinehound Shield three times in succession, they win the book ‘Lion’s 83’ by the ex UK top rugby journalist, David Frost. It’s a book full of excellent memories (for NZers, at least), including the great ‘Trapper’ Loveridge’s test on Athletic Park.
